Sharing Diet Ideas with Others

Most women are very secretive about their dieting habits, their weight and more. Breaking out of this mold can have a large impact on your dieting and your self confidence. Think of two foods that are driving you crazy this week and commit to a friend that you won't touch them just for this week. Often times, it's the secrecy and mind games that keep us trapped in a cycle of eating and hiding food. By telling someone else your "secret" or your issue with food, it can dissipate the power that the food has over you.

Go ahead and give it a try. What have you got to lose, after all, but the weight?
