Small Diet Changes

Changing your diet doesn't have to be a life altering experience. Most people tend to fail on diets because they take on too much at one time. For this week, and this week only, think of two things that you will change about your diet. Give up pasta for the week, pass on that extra ice cream serving that you eat each night after dinner, or refrain from ordering in one time this week.

Starting small can make a big difference in your overall eating habits and confidence level. Give it a try and see how you do!
